Medini Infracon LLP successfully executed the complete RCC structural work for the B1 building at Nyati Emerald. Our scope included reinforcement cutting, bending, fixing, formwork (timber & aluminium), concrete pouring, compaction, and safe de-shuttering.
The project demanded high precision due to its 29-floor height and strict quality benchmarks. Our team ensured accurate reinforcement placement, minimal wastage, flawless formwork alignment, and consistent concrete strength throughout the build.
With disciplined workforce management, adherence to safety guidelines, and time-bound execution, we delivered the RCC structure with durability, structural stability, and engineering excellence.

This ongoing high-rise residential project showcases our capability in handling large-scale RCC structures with strict timelines and engineering accuracy. The project involves complex reinforcement detailing, large-volume concrete works, and continuous coordination across multiple site teams.
Our reinforcement team ensures accurate cutting, bending and fitting to deliver high-strength slabs and columns. Both timber and aluminium (Mivan) formwork systems are used with precise alignment to maintain structural accuracy at every floor.
With 14 slabs already completed, the project is progressing steadily with strong focus on quality control, safety compliance, and efficient resource deployment. Our controlled execution ensures long-term durability and structural integrity for the entire tower.
